1. Who we are

AV Integrator SRL (“we”, “us”) is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Registered office: Str. Nicolae G. Caramfil 62, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania. Trade Register no. J2021021228408, CUI 45309139.

2. What this website collects

This is an information website. It has no contact form, no user accounts, no comments, no analytics and no advertising or tracking tools. It sets no cookies. All fonts, images and scripts are served from avint.ro itself, and no third-party content is loaded.

If your browser is set to Romanian or French, the site may show a small banner offering that language. If you close it, your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us.

3. Server logs

Our hosting provider, Romarg, hosts this website. Like most web servers, it automatically records technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, date and time, the page requested, and the type of browser. We use this only for security, keeping the site running and preventing abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention rules, described in Romarg’s privacy policy.

4. When you contact us

If you email or call us, we process what you tell us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message, in order to reply and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If no contract follows, we delete an enquiry within 12 months after our last contact. If we work together, we keep project correspondence for 3 years after the work ends (the general limitation period in Romania), and accounting and tax records for the periods required by law. We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.

5. Who receives your data

Our email is provided by Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online), and Microsoft acts as our processor under its data protection terms, which include safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area where they apply. Our hosting provider processes the server logs described above. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to us using the contact above and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).

7. Links to other sites

This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and Microsoft documentation. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above.
